Gaither hasn't had much luck against Sickles recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Cowboys will challenge the Gryphons at 7:00 p.m. Gaither is coming into the match hot, having won their last five games.
Gaither's pitching crew heads into the game hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Freedom, sneaking past 2-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Cowboys have posted since February 27th.

Crafton Gaczewski looked comfortable as he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. What's more, he posted five strikeouts, the most he's had since back in February.
On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on David Pina, who went 2-for-3 with two doubles and one stolen base. That's the most doubles he has posted since back in March. Another player making a difference was Ryan Deak, who scored a run and stole a base while going 2-for-3.
Meanwhile, Sickles gave up the first runs on Monday, but they didn't let that get them down. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the team sidled past Dunedin 7-6. The win continues a trend for the Gryphons in their matchups with the Falcons: they've now won three in a row.
Braden Ross was incredible, going 1-for-4 with one home run and three RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Charlie Martz, who scored two runs while going 3-for-3.
Gaither's record now sits at 16-7. As for Sickles, their record is now 17-6.
Tuesday's contest might come down to which pitcher can control the ball better. Gaither has hit smart this season, having averaged an OBP of .436. However, it's not like Sickles struggles in that department as they've averaged .443. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Gaither beat Sickles 6-3 when the teams last played on Thursday. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Cowboys since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
