Kennedy scaled the state rankings by moving to 573 from 609 this week, the biggest jump in Section 8 Conference II. The Cougars climbed the ranks as a result of defeating Rockville Centre South Side 17-0.
Westbury was the team that made the biggest jump in the rankings, moving from ninth to sixth in the league. The Green Dragons vanquished Calhoun 48-27 earlier in the week.
Wantagh's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Warriors feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. stephen killard has thrown for 269 yards and 4 touchdowns this season, while mike ferraro has 5 catches for 58 yards.
