Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Medina Christian Academy). They breezed by the St. Martin de Porres Lions to the tune of 51-16 on Monday. The team's explosion on offense also rewarded the Knights with their most commanding win of the season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Medina Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Grace Workman, who posted 18 points along with six rebounds and four steals. Ashley Conwill was another key player, dropping a double-double on 16 points and ten rebounds.

The win made it two in a row for Medina Christian Academy and bumps their season record up to 3-3. As for St. Martin de Porres, their loss was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 1-10.

Medina Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 46-34 defeat against Open Door Christian on the 7th. As for St. Martin de Porres, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the St. Martin de Porres Lions face off against the Our Lady of the Elms Panthers at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
