The Lapel Bulldogs will head out on the road to face off against the Pendleton Heights Arabians at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Lapel is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 56.8 points per game this season.
If Pendleton Heights heads into halftime all tied up, they better play a good second half: that's when Lapel took over last week. Lapel secured a 49-45 W over Mississinewa two weeks ago.

Lapel better keep an eye on Cooper Sims. He was instrumental in Pendleton Heights' win, going 12 of 18 on his way to 30 points and six rebounds. Sims is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 16 or more in the last three games he's played. Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Lapel has crashing the boards this season, having averaged 24.5 boards per game. However, it's not like Pendleton Heights struggles in that department as they've been averaging 21.1 boards. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
Lapel came up short against Pendleton Heights when the teams last played back in December of 2024, falling 71-64. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Sims, who went 8 of 14 on his way to 24 points. Now that Lapel knows the damage he can cause, will they be able to stop him this time? There's only one way to find out.
