The Kettle Run Cougars will be playing at home against the Sherando Warriors at 7:30 p.m. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Virginia (Kettle Run is ranked 212th, while Sherando is ranked 193rd).
Kettle Run's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their third straight loss. They took a 55-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of Millbrook.
Meanwhile, Sherando earned a 51-40 victory over Skyline on Friday.
Kettle Run now has a losing record at 6-7. As for Sherando, their win bumped their record up to an identical 6-7.
Kettle Run strolled past Sherando in their previous meeting back in December of 2023 by a score of 36-22. Does Kettle Run have another victory up their sleeve, or will Sherando turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
