They took a 54-50 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Knights. Crown Leadership Academy has not had much luck with St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic recently, as the team's come up short the last two times they've met.
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jackson DaGrossa, who scored 20 points along with 3 steals. The contest was DaGrossa's fourth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Cody Phillips, who scored 19 points along with 5 assists and 5 rebounds.
Crown Leadership Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic, the win got them back to even at 2-2.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Crown Leadership Academy will take on Ridge Christian Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Ragin Prep Christian Academy at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
