 They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Red Hook  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. That's the most  hits they've managed all season.
 Meanwhile, Spackenkill was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight  loss. They came up short against  Our Lady of Lourdes, falling  12-1.
 Spackenkill's defeat dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Red Hook, their win  ended  a  three-game drought on the road  and  puts them at 5-4.
