It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Frontier had no problem doing just that  on Tuesday. They walked away with  a   3-1  win over the Santa Ynez Pirates. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Titans also won the last time the pair played  back in September.
 Frontier was especially dominant in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-14, 19-25, 29-27,  25-17.
  Lainey Sterling paced Frontier's offense, picking up 14 kills. Sterling got some help from 
 Addisyn Gardenhire and her 41 assists. Finally, 
 Ameira Hardin kept Frontier's defense grounded, leading the team with three blocks.
 Frontier is  on a roll lately: they've  won three of their last four contests,  which provided a massive bump to their 17-19 record  this season. As for Santa Ynez,  with the  loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 19-12.
 Frontier will venture away from home to  face off against Central Valley Christian  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday. Central Valley Christian will roll in looking for their  ninth straight  victory, something Frontier surely won't give up without a fight. Santa Ynez does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
