Moberly never let their opponents score on Saturday. They put the hurt on the Hallsville Indians with a sharp 15-0 win. Considering the Spartans have won 14 games by more than six runs this season, Saturday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory made it two in a row for Moberly and bumps their season record up to 25-7. Those wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.0 runs over those games. As for Hallsville, they dropped their record down to 4-21 with the defeat, which was their 11th straight at home.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Moberly will venture away from home to challenge Non Varsity Opponent at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Hallsville, they will face off against Centralia at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. The Indians are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a three-game losing streak.
