Bremen won the last time they faced Hillcrest and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Braves were the clear victors by a 13-3 margin over the Hawks. The result was nothing new for the Braves, who have now won seven contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Ashton Cardinal was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run and four RBI. Bremen is undefeated when Cardinal posts three or more RBI, but 6-11 otherwise. Another player making a difference was RJ Harris, who went 1-for-2 with two stolen bases and two runs.

Bremen was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .500. They are 7-1 when they post a batting average of .375 or better.

The victory got Bremen back to even at 11-11. As for Hillcrest, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost ten of their last 11 games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-13 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Bremen will square off against Shepard at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. The Astros will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each matchup than the last. As for Hillcrest, they will take on Oak Lawn at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
