Lake Arthur led 6-Man District 1 (6 Man) in scoring this week after putting up 64 points on San Jon/Grady.
San Jon/Grady's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Coyotes feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Jacob Benally has thrown for 951 yards and 21 touchdowns this season, while Jay Foust has 24 catches for 289 yards. Benally also leads the league in rushing with 1008 yards.
The marquee game in the league this week will be the clash between the Panthers and Clovis Christian. Lake Arthur comes into the matchup ranked third in the state, while the Eagles ranks 15th.
