Despite the loss, Montgomery still got an impressive performance from Mason Jordan, who threw for 353 yards and five TDs while completing 85.7% of his passes, and also rushed for 35 yards and three touchdowns. Jordan is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last five games he's played dating back to last season. Montgomery's leading receiver Hayden Ganey was Jordan's top target yet again, picking up 166 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
Special teams also deserves some recognition, posting 12 points in total. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Jeremiah Christian, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
