Paola bumped their record down to 3-7 with that loss, which was their fifth straight on the road. Those losses could be blamed on the team's offensive performance across that stretch, as they only averaged 29.6 points per game. As for Labette County, the win makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.
Paola won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Rock Creek on January 19th. Rock Creek is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak. As for Labette County, they will head out on the road to face off against Ottawa at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Ottawa is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last seven games.
