Oakbrook Prep put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They beat Bob Jones Academy by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 17-4. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 17-4 on Friday.

The team relied heavily on Karter Revis, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two stolen bases, four RBI, and one run. Another player making a difference was Cade Spears, who scored three runs and stole a base while going 1-for-3.

Oakbrook Prep hit smart and finished the game with only two strikeouts. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now struck out at most three strikeouts in three consecutive matchups.

Oakbrook Prep's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-0. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 13.3 runs over those games. As for Bob Jones Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Coming up, Oakbrook Prep will take on Hampton Park Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Oakbrook Prep's pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so Hampton Park Christian's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
