Culver Community is 1-8 against North White since May of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Cavaliers will host the Vikings at 7:00 p.m. Culver Community is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.
Culver Community is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. They put the hurt on Elkhart Christian Academy with a sharp 21-5 victory on Thursday. Considering the Cavaliers have won four games by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Savannah Schlemmer and Aiden Molebash made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, Schlemmer struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up three earned (and two unearned) runs off six hits. Meanwhile, Molebash pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Those eight strikeouts gave Schlemmer a new career-high. At the plate, Schlemmer got on base in four of her five plate appearances with four runs, two RBI, and one double, while Molebash went 2-for-3 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That triple was Molebash's first of the season.
In other batting news, Brianna Schlemmer was a standout: she went 3-for-5 with four runs, two doubles, and two RBI. The team also got some help courtesy of Alexis Gasanovas, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with four RBI, one triple, and one stolen base.
Culver Community kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 20 hits. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now got at least ten hits every time they've taken the field this season.
Meanwhile, North White posted their closest win since April 26, 2025 on Thursday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 14-12 victory over Frontier. Considering the Vikings' hitters had been struggling lately, the high-scoring outing was a much-needed turnaround.
Adriann Conn was incredible, going 4-for-5 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. Another player making a difference was Avi Cain, who went 4-for-5 with three runs, one triple, and one double.
North White's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-8. As for Culver Community, their victory bumped their record up to 6-0.
North White's pitching crew has a crucial task ahead of them: Culver Community hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .486. It's a different story for North White, though, as they've only averaged .235. Will they be able to contain Culver Community's hitters?
Culver Community got the 'W' in their previous matchup back in May of 2025 against North White by a conclusive 11-2 score. Do the Cavaliers have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
