Midview waltzed into their game on Tuesday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They blew past the Olmsted Falls Bulldogs 15-3. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Middies also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2025.
Savannah Holcomb made a big impact while hitting and pitching. On the mound, she struck out six batters over five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off three hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-4 with two doubles and one run. That's the most doubles she has posted since back in May of 2025.
In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Jillian Vandersluis, who went 3-for-4 with one home run, five RBI, and three runs. That's the most RBI she has posted since back in April of 2025. Liv Keenan was another key player, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and two RBI.
