In what's become a running theme this season, the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They took their contest on the road with ease, bagging a 65-27 victory over Collegiate. Winning may never get old, but St. Anne's-Belfield sure is getting used to it with their sixth in a row.
Clare Aman and Olivia Tull certainly did their best on Friday to avoid the loss. Aman scored 12 points along with eight rebounds, while Tull scored four points along with nine rebounds. That was a full 44.4% of Collegiate's points, marking the fourth time in a row she's earned more than a third of the team's points.

As for Collegiate, they have not been sharp recently as the team's lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 9-9 record this season.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. St. Anne's-Belfield will take on the Gators at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Saint Gertrude will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Virginia Rankings (they are ranked 109th, while the Saints are ranked sixth). As for Collegiate, they have the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome the Saints at 5:30 p.m. on February 6th. St. Catherine's is looking to tack on another W to their three-game streak on the road.
