Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Philo). They skirted past the Shenandoah Zeps 56-54. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Electrics have posted since November 22, 2023.

Shenandoah's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Brenna Leach, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 12 rebounds. Leach is on a roll when it comes to boards, as she's now pulled down nine or more in the last five games she's played. Another player making a difference was Kendal Snyder, who posted ten points along with six assists and five rebounds.

Philo's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Shenandoah, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-6.

Philo will challenge West Muskingum at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Shenandoah, they will square off against Barnesville at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Shenandoah is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 50.3 points per game this season.
