The Wellington-Napoleon Tigers lost against the St. Paul Lutheran Saints back in February of 2023, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Wellington-Napoleon fell to the Saints 46-40.
Several Tigers players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Haden Terrill, who scored 14 points. Another player making a difference was Lucas Waterworth, who scored seven points along with six rebounds.
Wellington-Napoleon now has a losing record at 10-11. As for St. Paul Lutheran, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-7.
Wellington-Napoleon will challenge the Chiefs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Paul Lutheran, they will be playing at home against the Fighting Orioles at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
