The Bonney Lake Panthers will head out on the road to face off against the Lakes Lancers at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Bonney Lake will be strutting in after a win while Lakes will be coming in after a defeat.
Last Saturday, Bonney Lake got the win against Kentlake by a conclusive 67-46. The win was just what Bonney Lake needed coming off of a 80-40 loss in their prior contest.
Bonney Lake's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from isaiah chavez, who scored 17 points along with 6 assists and 5 rebounds. Layne Weir was another key contributor, dropping a double-double on 14 points and 17 rebounds.
Meanwhile, Lakes came up short against Sumner on Saturday and fell 61-49.
The losses dropped Bonney Lake to 1-1 and Kentlake to 0-2.
