Flathead Valley entered their tilt with North Idaho Christian on Saturday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They enjoyed a cozy 46-28 victory over the North Idaho Christian Royals. The Crusaders pushed the score to 37-16 by the end of the third, a deficit the Royals cut but never quite recovered from.

When it comes to explaining why North Idaho Christian lost, don't look at Chelsey Cate. Despite the final result, she dropped a double-double on 15 points and 13 boards. That was a full 53.6% of North Idaho Christian's points, marking the eighth time in a row she's posted more than a third of the team's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Kenna Brotherton, who scored two points in addition to ten rebounds, six assists, and three steals.
