In other batting news, Carly Bailey was incredible, going a perfect 4-for-4 with seven RBI, two runs, and one triple. Those seven RBI gave her a new career-high. Kyleigh Ramos was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of her four plate appearances.
Northwood Temple Academy was getting hits left and right and finished the game having posted a batting average of .680. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Village Christian Academy only posted a batting average of .308.
