Georgetown will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Whittier RVT at 7:00 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps rankings project a close game.
While not quite a landslide, the contest between Georgetown and Lowell Catholic last week was still a pretty decisive one as Georgetown wrapped it up with a 27-7 victory.
Meanwhile, Whittier RVT came out on top in a nail-biter against Randolph, sneaking past 34-32.
Their wins bumped Whittier RVT to 1-1 and Georgetown to 3-0. We'll see which team can carry over their success and which team inevitably falls when Whittier RVT and Georgetown clash.
