Caldwell will challenge Flinthills on the road at 7:00 PM on Friday. If you head out to watch the game, expect to stay the whole 48 minutes : the MaxPreps national rankings predict a close match.
Caldwell took care of business in their home opener. Everything went their way against South Haven last week as the squad secured a 56-8 win. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 38-0.
Meanwhile, Flinthills had to kick off their season with an away game, and unfortunately wound up with a long bus ride home. They were given a punishing 0-50 defeat at the hands of Udall. Flinthills were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 0-28.
Caldwell's victory lifted them to 1-0 while Flinthills's loss dropped them down to 0-1. We'll see if Caldwell's success rolls on or if Flinthills are able to steal their positive momentum.
