The Mountain View Toros will venture away from home to challenge the Chandler Wolves at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Both squads will be entering this one on the heels of a big victory.
Mountain View's pitching crew heads into the matchup hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They were the clear victors by a 21-0 margin over Mesa. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Toros.

Daniella Gloria was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run and allowing only one hit while striking out ten over four innings pitched. That's the most strikeouts she has posted since back in February. She was also solid in the batter's box, going 2-for-3 with three RBI and one double.
In other batting news, Mountain View got a massive performance out of Keelie Goodman, who went 2-for-4 with two triples, three runs, and four RBI. Those two triples gave Goodman a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Paige Hunt, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Mountain View hit smart and finished the game with only one strikeout. The team has now struck out at least four batters in 13 consecutive contests.
Meanwhile, after only one run in their last game, Chandler made sure to put some runs up on the board against Kofa on Thursday. The Wolves blew past the Kings 10-0. The Wolves haven't had any issues with the Kings recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.
Lily Kolsrud was incredible, going 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and two doubles. Mckenna Whitehair was another key player, going 1-for-2 with three runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.
Mountain View's record is now 9-7. As for Chandler, their record now sits at 8-6-1.
Friday's matchup will be a test for both teams' pitchers. Mountain View hasn't had any issues making contact this season, having earned a batting average of .341. However, it's not like Chandler struggles in that department as they've averaged .351. With both teams so capable at the plate, fans should be ready for an impressive hitting performance.
Mountain View skirted past Chandler 10-8 in their previous meeting back in March of 2025. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Toros since the squad won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
