The St. Francis Spartans won the last time they faced the Saint Ignatius College Prep Wolfpack, and things went their way on Saturday too. St. Francis walked away with a 58-51 win over Saint Ignatius College Prep. The victory made it back-to-back wins for St. Francis.
St. Francis' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lynsey Cleveland, who scored 15 points along with 6 rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Riley Austin, who scored 16 points.
St. Francis' win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.
St. Francis will be staying on the road on Wednesday to face off against Nazareth Academy at 12:00 p.m. on November 22nd. As for Saint Ignatius College Prep, they will take on Hinsdale Central at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday.
