Randolph School had already won three in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 14.7 points) and they went ahead and made it four on Friday. They strolled past the St. John Paul II Falcons with points to spare, taking the game 68-53. Given the Raiders' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 137th, while the Falcons are ranked 361st), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Randolph School is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 9-4 record this season. As for St. John Paul II, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Randolph School and New Hope will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on December 20th. As for St. John Paul II, they will venture away from home to square off against West Limestone at 7:45 p.m. on Monday.
