Meanwhile, Owings Mills' recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their fourth straight loss dating back to last season. They were outmatched by Carver A&T at home and fell 59-16.
Sparrows Point's win bumped their record up to 2-0. As for Owings Mills, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-3.
