Harrells Christian Academy came tearing into Thursday's matchup with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 28.9 points) and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Fayetteville Academy Eagles as they made off with an 87-61 victory. The Crusaders have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 14 contests by 21 points or more this season.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Harrells Christian Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Zicareian Mcneil, who went 6 for 8 on his way to 25 points and seven boards. That's the most points Mcneil has posted since back in November of 2024. The team also got some help courtesy of Antonio Mckoy, who went 9 of 15 en route to 24 points in addition to eight rebounds and five assists.

Harrells Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 17 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least eight offensive boards in 18 consecutive games.

Harrells Christian Academy's win was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 26-2. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 29.7 points. As for Fayetteville Academy, with the defeat, they broke their 11-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-8.

Harrells Christian Academy and Fayetteville Academy should be looking forward to their upcoming games as both have a sizable advantage in the MaxPreps North Carolina Rankings. Harrells Christian Academy will square off against Rocky Mount Academy at 6:45 p.m. on Monday up 323 places (35 vs. 358). Harrells Christian Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 72.2 points per game this season. Similarly, Fayetteville Academy (ranked 96th) will meet Oak City Prep (ranked 432nd) at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
