Jefferson never got on the board in their matchup last Tuesday, but that sure wasn't the case in their game against King on Thursday. They were the clear victor by a 12-2 margin over the King Lions. Madisen Fleming made a splash while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run while striking out 14 over six innings pitched. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts in three consecutive appearances. She was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs. She also put up a double, which was her first of the season.
