The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Victor Valley Christian in their matchups with the Trojans: they've now lost six in a row.
Damien Grundy was his usual excellent self, scoring 16 points along with six assists and five steals for Silver Valley. Jasean Phillips was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with seven rebounds.
Victor Valley Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Silver Valley, their victory was their 12th straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 23-2.
