North Gwinnett never let their opponents score on Friday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Berkmar Patriots 57-0. That looming 57-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Bulldogs yet this season.

Kalil Mazone was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 94 yards and two TDs. Those two rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Evan Hawkins was in the mix too, providing North Gwinnett with two touchdowns.

Special teams also played a big role in the game for North Gwinnett, adding 13 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Kaleb Onu, who ran a punt back for a touchdown.

North Gwinnett pushed their record up to 5-1 with the win, which was their third straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 33.0 points over those games. As for Berkmar, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-6.

North Gwinnett has already played their next contest, a 45-14 win against Peachtree Ridge on the 3rd. As for Berkmar, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next game, a 54-7 defeat against Duluth on the 3rd.
