Scranton Prep lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Delaware Valley, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Friday's game. The Cavaliers were the clear victors by an 8-2 margin over the Warriors on Friday. This was a revenge game for the Cavaliers: when they faced off against the Warriors on April 2nd, they had to take a 11-9 loss.

Scranton Prep got a massive performance out of Abigail Wilce, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, two runs, and two RBI. That home run was Wilce's first of the season. Emelia Williams was another key player, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs and one triple.

The win got Scranton Prep back to even at 5-5. As for Delaware Valley, they dropped their record down to 8-5 with the defeat, which was their third straight on the road.

Looking ahead, Scranton Prep will head out to face off against North Pocono at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Cavaliers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Trojans have averaged an impressive 8.7 runs per game this season. As for Delaware Valley, they will welcome West Scranton at 4:30 p.m. on Monday.
