Kennesaw Mountain is 2-8 against Hillgrove since February of 2017 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Tuesday. The Kennesaw Mountain Mustangs will be playing in front of their home fans against the Hillgrove Hawks at 8:00 p.m.
For the first time this season, Kennesaw Mountain was forced to settle for a draw. Neither they nor North Paulding could gain the upper hand on Friday so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.
Meanwhile, Hillgrove might've scored the first goal on Friday, but it was West Forsyth who claimed the real prize. Hillgrove fell just short of West Forsyth by a score of 3-2.
Kennesaw Mountain's draw gives them a new season record of 0-1-1. As for Hillgrove, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1.
Kennesaw Mountain came out on top in a nail-biter against Hillgrove when the teams last played back in February of 2023, sneaking past 1-0. Will Kennesaw Mountain repeat their success, or does Hillgrove have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
