Oxbridge Academy's lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Jayden St. Fort, who scored 16 points. The team also got some help courtesy of James DeYoung, who scored 17 points.
Oxbridge Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 1-3. As for King's Academy, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 5-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Oxbridge Academy will take on Lake Worth Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Lake Worth Christian presents a significant challenge as they come into the match much higher ranked than Oxbridge Academy in Florida (Lake Worth Christian is ranked 95th, while Oxbridge Academy is ranked 360th). As for King's Academy, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Royal Palm Beach at 7:00 p.m. One thing working in Royal Palm Beach's favor is that they have posted big point totals every time they've taken the court this season.
