The Faith Christian Academy Falcons will be taking part in a tournament against the HEARTS for Jesus Christ Guardians at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.
Faith Christian Academy is headed into the game having just posted their biggest win since January 25, 2024 on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Mountain View Christian Academy as Faith Christian Academy made off with a 64-38 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Falcons.

Faith Christian Academy found their leader in sophomore JP Harris, who posted 20 points along with eight rebounds and five steals. Faith Christian Academy is 4-1 when Harris posts three or more steals, but 5-14 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Mason Altier, who dropped a double-double with ten points and ten boards.
Faith Christian Academy smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 20 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since the start of last season.
Meanwhile, HEARTS for Jesus Christ waltzed into their contest on Monday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They took down the Warriors 52-33.
HEARTS for Jesus Christ's win came from a few key players Faith Christian Academy will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Josh Longo, who went 6-for-10 from beyond the arc on his way to 18 points and three steals. He has been hot recently, having posted two or more steals the last four times he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Josh Aten, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 12 rebounds.
Faith Christian Academy's record is now 9-15. As for HEARTS for Jesus Christ, their record is now 19-6.
Rebounding is likely to be a big factor in this contest: Faith Christian Academy has been crashing the boards this season, having averaged 28.4 boards per game. However, it's not like HEARTS for Jesus Christ struggles in that department as they've been averaging 28.8 rebounds. With both teams battling to corral missed shots, we'll see if one team can grab an edge.
