Genesee needed a changed in momentum after dropping three straight games and they got it from Jackson Banks. The Genesee Bulldogs claimed a resounding 67-32 win over the Highland Huskies thanks in part to Banks, who went 11 of 18 en route to 27 points and six boards. Those 27 points gave him a new career-high.
The team also got some help courtesy of Joshua Ketcheson, who went 6 for 7 on his way to 15 points and eight rebounds. He is trending in the right direction considering he's improved his point production for three straight games.
Genesee's victory ended a six-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-10. As for Highland, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-12.
