Stagg dropped down to 8-2 on Thursday, ending the team's eight-game streak of wins. They took a blow against the Chavez Titans, falling 42-0. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Delta Kings have suffered against the Titans since October 26, 2018.

Alex Hinojosa threw for 116 yards on nine of 22 attempts. Ciah Freeman-White was his top target, picking up 72 receiving yards. On the ground, Darnell Holmes rushed for 60 yards.

As for Chavez, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 43.5 points this season.

Chavez's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Joel Donnell led the charge by rushing for 225 yards and a pair of TDs on only 15 carries, while also catching one score. That's the most rushing yards Donnell has posted since back in August. Elijah Walker was another key player, having thrown for 266 yards and four touchdowns.

As of now, neither Stagg nor Chavez have any future games scheduled.
