After a string of three wins, the Summit Classical Christian School Archers's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 54-44 hit to the loss column at the hands of Muckleshoot Tribal.
Summit Classical Christian School's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Jake Gledhill, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and two blocks. The team also got some help courtesy of Cameron Milojevich, who dropped a double-double on 12 points and ten rebounds.
Summit Classical Christian School's loss dropped their record down to 13-4. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, they pushed their record up to 15-4 with that victory, which was their third straight at home.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Summit Classical Christian School won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Lions at 8:45 p.m. on January 27th. Northwest Yeshiva is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 55.1 points per game this season. As for Muckleshoot Tribal, they will head out on the road to take on the Wolverines at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Northwest Christian will have to bring their A-game into this one, as they are staring down a pretty big deficit in the MaxPreps Washington Rankings (they are ranked 357th, while the Kings are ranked 166th).
