There's no place like home for Master's Academy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Thursday. They blew past the Cornerstone Charter Academy Ducks 4-1 on Monday. Considering the Patriots have won nine games by more than two goals this season, Monday's blowout was nothing new.

Ada Boesch and Keira Smylie scored all four of Master's Academy's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 29 goals.

Master's Academy pushed their record up to 9-1 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up one goal over those four contests. As for Cornerstone Charter Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 4-6-1.

The future could be bright for both Master's Academy and Cornerstone Charter Academy: their next opponents haven't had the best luck recently. Master's Academy will try to hand Westwood their fourth-straight defeat when the two meet at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday. Similarly, Cornerstone Charter Academy will look to extend Oak Ridge's seven-game losing streak when the meet at 4:30 p.m. on December 17th.
