Even though the Niceville Eagles have not done well against the Fort Walton Beach Vikings recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Monday. Niceville blew past Fort Walton Beach 54-28. That's another feather in the cap for Niceville, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Niceville to victory, but perhaps none more so than Anna Kimball, who dropped a double-double on 22 points and 16 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Carson Fayard, who dropped a double-double on 11 points and 10 rebounds.
Niceville now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Fort Walton Beach, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-2.
