BridgePrep Village Green strolled past Pinecrest Prep with points to spare on Friday, taking the game 61-44. That result was just more of the same for these two, as BridgePrep Village Green also won the last time the pair played back in January.
Several Crocs' players turned in solid performances, despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Jason Cesar, who scored 12 points. Those 12 points set a new season-high mark for him. Another player making a difference was Gabriel Guzman , who scored ten points along with seven rebounds.
BridgePrep Village Green's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-3. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 79.3 points per game. As for Pinecrest Prep, their loss ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 3-5.
BridgePrep Village Green will stay at home for another game and welcome Abundant Life Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on December 19th. Abundant Life Christian Academy is coming into the matchup on a four-game losing streak. Pinecrest Prep is on the road again on Wednesday and play against Mater Brickell Academy at 5:00 p.m. on December 20th.
