The Ipswich Tigers have been a dominant force so far, but they're in the middle of a mini-slump at the moment. They fell to Gregory 55-51.
Daniel Mitchell was his usual excellent self, scoring 22 points along with seven rebounds for Gregory. Mitchell continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Rane Kenzy, who scored nine points.
Ipswich's loss dropped their record down to 9-4. As for Gregory, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 6-2.
Ipswich will be playing in front of their home fans against Herreid/Selby at 8:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Gregory, they will head out on the road to square off against Burke at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. Burke is coming into the contest on a four-game losing streak.
