Northwood took a 65-49 bruising from Maumee Valley Country Day. The defeat unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Northwood in their matchups with Maumee Valley Country Day: they've now lost five in a row.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Maumee Valley Country Day to victory, but perhaps none more so than Amani-Jordan Chandran-Dickerson, who scored 23 points along with six assists and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Christian Majors, who dropped a double-double on 17 points and 12 rebounds.
Northwood's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Maumee Valley Country Day, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-5.
Northwood didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 51-47 win vs. Swanton on the 10th. Maumee Valley Country Day has also already played their next contest, a 80-44 defeat against Richmond Heights on the 10th.
