The Wolfson Wolfpack are taking a road trip to challenge the Providence School Stallions at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Wolfson is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 7 runs per game this season.
Wolfson not only won on Wednesday, but they posted their biggest win since February 11th. Their pitchers stepped up to hand Parker a 6-0 shutout. The win continues a trend for the Wolfpack in their matchups with the Braves: they've now won four in a row.
David Eskow made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, tossing two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in March of 2024. He was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run and stealing a base while getting on base in two of his three plate appearances.
In other batting news, Caleb Camden was excellent, going 1-for-3 with one home run. That home run was his first of the season.
Meanwhile, Providence School waltzed into their matchup on Thursday with four straight wins... but they left with five. They narrowly escaped with a victory as the squad sidled past the Christians 3-1.

However, it's not like Providence School struggles in that department as they've been averaging 11.3 strikeouts. Considering how easily both teams rack up Ks, the hitters on both teams better bring their A-game into this one.
