The Eno River Bobcats won the last time they faced the River Mill Jaguars, and things went their way on Tuesday too. Eno River strolled past River Mill with points to spare, taking the game 29-11. The victory made it back-to-back wins for Eno River.
Eno River was led to victory by Ava Hill and Sadie Olson. Hill scored 9 points along with 10 rebounds and 3 blocks, while Olson scored 8 points along with 8 rebounds and 4 steals. Olson is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Leiden Schofield, who scored 4 points.
Eno River's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for River Mill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
Eno River will be playing at home against Clover Garden School at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for River Mill, they will head out on the road to face off against Cornerstone Charter at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Cornerstone Charter focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 16 on Tuesday.
