IDEA Parmer suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Friday. They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 44-19 walloping at the hands of Founders Classical Academy.
Meanwhile, Valor North Austin scored the most points they've had all season to find success last Tuesday. They walked away with a 42-35 win over KIPP Austin Collegiate. The win was a breath of fresh air for Valor North Austin as it put an end to their five-game losing streak dating back to last season.
IDEA Parmer's defeat dropped their record down to 7-4. As for Valor North Austin, their win bumped their record up to 1-4.
IDEA Parmer barely slipped by Valor North Austin in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, winning 38-37. The rematch might be a little tougher for IDEA Parmer since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
