Drew Central had to endure a four-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Dumas Bobcats a 15-0 shutout on Monday. The Pirates might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six contests by ten runs or more this season.

The victory got Drew Central back to even at 7-7. As for Dumas, they dropped their record down to 0-6 with the defeat, which was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Drew Central will host Bearden at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Dumas, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against McGehee at 4:30 p.m. The Owls have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 9.42 runs per game on average), something the Bobcats will no doubt try to take advantage of.
