On Tuesday, Edsel Ford was the victim of a rough 63-38 defeat at the hands of Carlson.
Meanwhile, Anderson took a serious blow against Woodhaven on Friday, falling 61-22. While losing is never fun, Anderson can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 313th, while Woodhaven is ranked 108th).
Edsel Ford's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Anderson, they now have a losing record at 1-2.
Everything went Edsel Ford's way against Anderson when the teams last played back in January as Edsel Ford made off with a 38-13 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for Edsel Ford since the squad won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
