After a string of three wins, the Summit Christian Academy Warriors's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They had to suffer through a rough 61-28 loss at the hands of Community Christian Academy. Summit Christian Academy was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 52-14.
Despite the loss, Summit Christian Academy still got an impressive performance from Payton Hammond, who scored 11 points along with 7 rebounds. The matchup was Hammond's sixth in a row with at least ten points.
Summit Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Community Christian Academy, their win bumped their record up to 1-0.
